if interested in attending Purpose: - Evaluate all candidates for personnel positions and make recommendations to the Board.
- Develop and maintain job descriptions for the administrator, principals, teachers, and all staff positions.
- Develop and maintain appropriate policies, procedures, and criteria for evaluation of the administrator, principals, teachers and all staff positions.
- Establish and maintain personnel files at the school including a record of all evaluations and official personnel activities.
- Make recommendations to the Board for the hiring, promotion or termination of administration, faculty and staff employees.
- When employees are terminated, confer and coordinate with the Legal Committee on legal issues impacting the review or termination of an employee.
