Classroom Supply Lists

CLASSROOM SUPPLY LISTS FOR 2010-2011

PRESCHOOL through Grade 8. Just click "read more" below for the specifics!
You can get a supply list for grades 9 - 12 from the teachers.

Supply lists are also available in the Student Handbook, which every family will receive.


PRESCHOOL -- Please label your child's name on all items

PRESCHOOL 4s CLASS

  • 2 bottles of Elmer's Glue (white)
  • 24 pack of crayons
  • Scissors (no sharp points)
  • Crayola Watercolor Paints
  • 2 packs of markers (8 pack WASHABLE)
  • Small supply box (for crayons, glue scissors)
  • 1 pack of pencils
  • 1  two-pocket folder (sent home on Fridays and return on Mondays)
  • 1 large box of tissues
  • 1 paint shirt
  • 1 roll of paper towels
  • 1 box of sandwich bags -- zip style
  • Please have a complete change of clothes in your child's locker AT ALL TIMES (even if your child no longer has bathroom accidents -- we sometimes have other spills).
  • Please have a blanket and pillow or bedroll in your child's locker AT ALL TIMES (full-day students only). Please take the blanket home to be cleaned the last day your child attends each week and then return it the following week.
  • Please label all items with your child's name.

PRESCHOOL 3s CLASS

  • 2 bottles of Elmer's Glue (white)
  • Box of baby wipes
  • Crayola Watercolor Paints 
  • 8 pack of WASHABLE Crayola markers
  • Small supply box (for crayons, glue, markers)
  • 1  two-pocket folder (sent home on Fridays and return on Mondays) 
  • Basic 8 pack of Crayola crayons (triangular preferred, if you can find them!)
  • Scissors - blunt tip (Fiskars preferred)
  • 1 large box of tissues 
  • 1 roll of paper towels

  • 2 Elmer’s glue bottles Regular
  • Not Elmer's “school glue” and no glue sticks
  • Large soft eraser
  • Blunt scissors (metal edges)
  • Non marking gym shoes (look for this on box or on shoe)

Kindergarten Art Supplies:

  • Twist-up box of crayons - 1 box
  • Wide felt-tip washable markers (standard colors)
  • Crayola or Prang water paints (standard colors)

Kindergarten supplies to be shared:

  • 1 box of ziploc baggies or 1 package of brown paper bags
  • Large box of tissues
  • Roll of paper towels
  • Purell-brand (only) hand sanitizer 6-12 oz (unscented, no color)
Full Day Kindergarten Student supplies
  • Small blanket
  • Small pillow
  • Snack break daily (dried/fresh fruit, veggies, nuts, cheese, etc.)


FIRST GRADE

  • 12" ruler (inches and centimeters)
  • 100-page composition book
  • 1 two pocket folder for homework
  • Complete Bible (KJV, NKJV, or NIV, not children's version)

  • Large soft eraser
  • Pointed scissors
  • Box of tissues
  • Paint shirt (man's long-sleeve button shirt)

  • Fruit break daily (Nutritious-no drinks) - Utensils need to be provided by parents

SECOND GRADE

  • 2 highlighters (yellow)

  • WIDE-ruled notebook paper (not in spiral notebook)
  • 3 packages white 3x5 index cards
  • 1 two-pocket folder (to keep notebook paper in)
  • 6 two-pocket folders (to use as needed)
  • 4 spiral notebooks Wide Ruled
  • Complete Bible (KJV, or NIV, not children’s version)

* Middle School students will keep their books
and supplies in their lockers. A pencil case in
a notebook would help. Some supplies will
be needed only at specific times.
