Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide instruction for elementary grade levels.
Willing and able to teach Bible.
Maintain an online grade book.
Prepare required weekly lesson plans.
Demonstrate positive classroom management and carry out discipline procedures as needed.
Develop and teach highly engaging, academically rigorous lessons aligned with HCS standards and progressive pedagogical philosophy.
Inspire students to hold themselves to high academic and character standards.
Analyze assessment data, and use it to inform your instruction.
Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and ensure student mastery of standards.
Follow all Ohio Department of Education Standards for appropriate grade levels.
Integrate Biblical principles and Christian philosophy of education throughout the curriculum and activities.
Create instruction with a Christian worldview in mind at all times.
